Although we had reserved hybrid bicycles, the provided bikes were clunky, heavy old city bikes. The staff said that was all that was available and didn't seem too bothered that it was not what we had reserved. The general condition of the bikes was poor. The children's bikes were in a worn-out state, and in many way inappropriate for kids (adult-sized brake levers that our 4.5 and 7-year-old could not reach). The bikes themselves were heavy, low-cost steel bikes that take the joy away from cycling. The basic adjustment of the bikes was poor (brake levers pointing straight down at the ground). The bikes were poorly maintained (probably never had the brake or shift cable replaced), so shifting and braking were difficult for our kids, irritating for the adults. The tires were not properly inflated (less than 2 bar), which made the already difficult experience for our 4.5 year old even harder. The staff had no real interest in adjusting them, which I can partially understand as the hotel rental site is quite busy. Originally we had ordered a child trail-a-bike type of addition for the 4.5 year old, but the sizing was all wrong. It was appropriate for a 7-year-old, but a 7-year-old has no problem to ride their own bike! So we had to change to a small MTB for the 4-year-old (and received the poor quality one). Note that we are all experienced cyclists, and even our 4.5 year old can ride 10 - 15 km on his own bike. We had specifically chosen what we hoped were better bikes in order to explore Bibione more extensively than just slowly cruising to the beach and back. To be honest, our kids hated the bikes and we were so irritated with the quality of the bikes we gave up on them after one day. When we got back home to Switzerland, our kids insisted to immediately ride their own bikes again, so we did a one-hour tour after dinner, despite the all-day drive. Lesson learned. We will bring our own bikes next time, as the money could have been better spent on pizza.

Everything went perfect. Great that I could rent a decent carbon bike, not just the usual tourist stuff. Very friendly customer service. Definitely recommended place!

We cancelled the booking as incomplete information was provided during the online booking process. At site, there was a cash deposit required, despite card terminal was present. The cash deposit was quite high so we declined it and asked for the booking to be cancelled. The booking fee we paid upfornt was not returned. Horrible experience, not customer friendly at all. Good luck there's another another bike rental available just across the street. Better price, much friendlier staff, no cash deposits required.

We are really sorry if you had a bad experience but nobody has ever had problems with online booking. We ask a deposit in cash because after the holiday the client has the money back immediately instead of waiting a month to have the money back with the credit card. If you didn't received the money back, I'm sorry because we usually make a voucher to be spent in another occasion.
